Picking and dispatch of products

Temperature control is verified. Only the appropriate handling practices are followed. Products are dispatched only when they pass the strict conformance criteria.

MARKING AND DELIVERY

All goods are purchased according to Incoterms 2010

VAT exempted, as goods/service is for operation of specialized petroleum related vessels at sea

Packages must be marked with the Purchase Order number, item number, destination, contents, quantity, date and method of dispatch and weight of each package

All deliveries must be in compliance with the ISPS code: All packages must be numbered and packing list enclosed in order to identify contents and proforma invoice with HS Codes must be included for all deliveries

All Goods shall be suitably and adequately packed, packaged or otherwise prepared in accordance with good commercial practice to prevent any possible damage such as but not limited to resulting from weather conditions, handling of Goods during loading and unloading and during in transit and/or storage
